We offer free local delivery to help keep your costs down while maintaining the high quality of our products and service. By using our own dedicated drivers instead of third-party couriers, we're able to reduce overheads and pass those savings directly on to you.

Because of this personalised delivery approach, delivery is available within a select range of postcodes in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, including HP1–HP9, HP16–HP23, HP27, LU5–LU7, and MK1–MK18.

A minimum order value of £100 applies for free delivery within these areas. For orders below this amount, a small delivery charge will be added.
This local delivery service ensures your items arrive safely and efficiently, while allowing us to continue offering competitive prices and reliable service.

All deliveries are typically 2-3 working days from order, Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Please contact us prior to placing your order if a Saturday delivery is required.

Refunds;

As all panels are cut to your exact measurements, we are unable to refund your order once cutting has begun.

Please inspect all delivered panels before cutting or installation. If a panel has arrived damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images and we will replace it free of charge. We cannot offer refund or replacement if a panel has been used.

Cutting Errors;

Should we cut a panel that does not match your supplied specifications please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images and we will refund or replace the affected panel.
